WHY do people need a transcription and proof-reading service? Many businesses are looking to outsource some of their office work due to spiralling costs. Other professionals simply lack the time to spend transcribing dictated material, recorded interviews and the like. Some students lack the skills necessary to accurately transcribe recorded assignments, theses, reports and so forth.
WHO use our services? Our clients range from government departments to private businesses, mental health professionals, lecturers and students at universities, market research companies – really, anyone whose work involves the recording of information to be transcribed into written form.
WHAT do our services include? In brief, we take information recorded on cassette, or digitally, and transcribe this onto a Word document. We then proof-read the transcribed material prior to returning the finished product to the client, either as hard copy or via the Internet.
